Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Female E-commerce Assistant to manage daily operations of our online store. The ideal candidate will support product management, customer communication, and order processing to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and manage products on store.
• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook
• Process orders and coordinate with courier/delivery services
• Update product prices, descriptions, and images
• Maintain order records and track shipments
• Assist in basic marketing activities (social media posting, ads via Facebook Ads Manager)
• Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience

Requirements

• Female candidate
• Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage
• Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
• Ability to manage tasks independently
• E-commerce experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
