Position: E-commerce Intern
Department: E-commerce / Online Sales
Reports to: E-commerce Manager / Marketing Lead
Location: On-site /Coimbatore
Duration: 3–6 months

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our online sales and marketing operations. This role offers hands-on experience in managing product listings, tracking performance, coordinating with marketplaces, and assisting in digital campaigns to grow online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.) and brand website.
• Update product information, pricing, inventory, and images regularly.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Help execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and banner updates.
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics such as sales, ratings, and conversion rates.
• Assist in analyzing traffic, sales data, and competitor activities.
• Support digital marketing efforts including SEO, paid ads, and email campaigns.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of online shopping platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with data handling.
• Attention to detail with good communication and coordination skills.
• Enthusiastic learner with a proactive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
