Designation: E-Commerce Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage online order processing, shipment tracking, and timely dispatch.
• Maintain and update operational dashboards and performance reports.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth deliveries.
• Handle order issues, returns, and customer shipment queries.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory and order status updates.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce or logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or similar.
• Strong Excel/dashboard management skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Preference for candidates from e-commerce or logistics companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
