E- COMMERCE GENERAL MANAGER

strategic leadership to drive sales, growth, and overall online business performance by overseeing website operations, digital marketing, inventory, order fulfillment, customer experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include developing and executing online sales strategies, optimizing the user experience and website functionality, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, managing product listings and inventory, coordinating digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring seamless customer service and order processing. This position requires a blend of business acumen, marketing expertise, technical understanding, and strong leadership skills to effectively manage the entire e-commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve business objectives, drive sales, and enhance market position.
  • Website & User Experience:Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of the e-commerce platform to ensure it is user-friendly, efficient, and encourages conversions.
  • Digital Marketing:Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:Analyze website analytics, sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decisions, optimize performance, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Operations Management:Manage day-to-day operations, including product management, inventory levels, order processing, shipping, and customer service.
  • Team & Project Management:Lead and mentor teams (e.g., developers, marketers, operations staff), manage projects, and work with external agencies to ensure project goals are met.
  • Sales & Conversion Optimization:Implement strategies to improve sales funnels, increase conversion rates, and manage promotional activities and online deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Develop and oversee customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Technology & Compliance:Ensure the e-commerce platform adheres to best practices for security, accessibility, and functionality, and manage the procurement of new technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
