Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our online business operations. This role offers practical exposure to e-commerce platforms, product management, digital coordination, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website/marketplaces)
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates and order fulfillment
• Monitor order processing, returns, and customer queries
• Support in analyzing sales data, reports, and performance metrics
• Help with basic promotional activities, offers, and campaign coordination
• Ensure accuracy and quality of content across e-commerce channels

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online selling
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹10,051.63 - ₹18,000.34 per month
