Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive canidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory records, coordinating dispatches, handling logistics, and ensuring on-time deliveries to customers. This role requires excellent coordination skills, accuracy in documentation, and a commitment to maintaining smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Timely Dispatch Coordination
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per customer orders.
- Ensure all orders are packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams for smooth dispatch flow.
- Track deliveries and ensure proof of delivery (POD) is received and recorded.
2. Customer Service
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding dispatch and delivery updates.
- Handle order-related queries, delays, or special delivery requests professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and reliable service.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance repeat business.
3. Logistics & Coordination
- Liaise with courier partners and transport vendors for smooth pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues or escalations.
- Handle reverse logistics (returns/replacements).
4. Inventory & Record Maintenance
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock inward/outward entries.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and physical inventory audits.
- Reconcile stock discrepancies between system and physical records.
- Generate inventory and dispatch reports for management review.
5. Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in current dispatch and inventory processes.
- Suggest and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
- Work with management to develop SOPs for dispatch and logistics.
- Track performance metrics to reduce errors and optimize turnaround time.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
