Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing product listings across platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Daraz.
• Conduct product research and support competitor and pricing analysis.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for SEO and improved user engagement.
• Track sales performance, website traffic, and key marketing metrics.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams on campaign planning and execution.
• Monitor inventory levels and help coordinate order fulfillment.
• Review live listings for quality assurance and resolve any issues related to listings.
• Assist with customer support tasks and gather customer feedback for improvement.

What You’ll Learn:

• Practical experience in day-to-day e-commerce operations.
• Use of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify CMS.
• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization.

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills.
• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail trends.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or any CMS/e-commerce platform.

Location: Bahria Town, Phase 4, Civic Centre, Rawalpindi.
