E-commerce Management Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Management Interns to join our team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of e-commerce, from managing online listings to supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidates are proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about digital retail and online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with product listings, descriptions, and optimization for better visibility across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Tiktok Shop).
• Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and coordinating with the team to ensure product availability.
• Help with order processing, tracking shipments, and managing customer inquiries to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online retailing (experience with platforms like Shopify or Amazon is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Ebay seller centerl or Tiktok Shop Seller Central.
• Experience with basic photo editing or design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Previous internship or coursework in e-commerce or digital marketing.

Compensation: Stiphned: 15000PKR-25000PKR
