We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Key Account Manager to manage and grow our presence across major online marketplaces in Saudi Arabia, including Noon & Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key e-commerce platforms (Noon, Amazon, and other marketplaces).
- Drive sales growth through strategic planning, promotions, and visibility optimization.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, campaigns, and platform placements.
- Monitor sales performance, pricing, and stock levels to maximize revenue.
- Analyze data and generate accurate reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate internally with marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace account management.
- Strong experience working with Noon and/or Amazon KSA.
- Proven track record in driving online sales growth.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Preferred:
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with marketplace tools (Seller Central, Noon systems, etc.).

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts.
