E-commerce Key Account Manager (Noon & Amazon)

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Key Account Manager to manage and grow our presence across major online marketplaces in Saudi Arabia, including Noon & Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key e-commerce platforms (Noon, Amazon, and other marketplaces).
  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning, promotions, and visibility optimization.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, campaigns, and platform placements.
  • Monitor sales performance, pricing, and stock levels to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze data and generate accurate reports with actionable insights.
  • Coordinate internally with marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace account management.
  • Strong experience working with Noon and/or Amazon KSA.
  • Proven track record in driving online sales growth.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

Preferred:

  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with marketplace tools (Seller Central, Noon systems, etc.).

Key Competencies:

  • Results-driven with strong commercial mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts.
