E-commerce Lead Specialist

Seniority: Lead / Senior Specialist (Execution-Focused)

Reports to: General Manager

Role Objective

The E-commerce Lead Specialist is a high-impact, technical execution role responsible for the end-to-end performance of Spec Brite Group’s digital sales channels. You will be the primary "architect" of our online presence, responsible for converting high-end wellness technology into digital sales through expert listing optimization, data-driven marketing, and seamless operational management.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Mastery (Amazon, Noon, & Local Channels)
  • Listing Architecture: Build and maintain high-converting product detail pages (PDPs) for premium devices. This includes technical SEO copywriting, A+ Content (EBC) management, and professional image/video integration.
  • Algorithm Optimization: Master the "Buy Box" logic on Amazon and Noon; monitor competitor pricing, share of voice, and search rankings daily.
  • Account Health: Ensure 100% compliance with marketplace policies, manage seller ratings, and proactively resolve any listing suppressions or account flags.
  • D2C Website & UX Optimization
  • Storefront Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of the official brand webstore (Shopify/Magento).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement A/B testing on landing pages to improve the "add-to-cart" journey for high-ticket items.
  • Technical SEO: Execute on-page and technical SEO strategies to ensure Spec Brite remains the top authority for relevant searches.
  • Performance Marketing Lead
  • Paid Media Execution: Design and manage PPC campaigns (Amazon Advertising, Google Shopping, and Meta Ads) specifically focused on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Funnel Building: Create tailored landing pages and email automation flows for different customer segments (e.g., anti-aging, lymphatic drainage, skin texture).
  • Data Analytics: Move beyond basic reporting; provide deep-dive insights using GA4 and marketplace analytics to pivot strategies weekly based on performance.
  • Inventory & Technical Operations
  • Stock Orchestration: Forecast demand for international shipments to prevent stock-outs of high-demand devices.
  • Fulfillment Oversight: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and Noon-now shipments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Tech Stack Management: Manage integrations between the website, CRM, and inventory management systems.
  • Premium Customer Journey
  • Value-Added Content: Work with the product team to ensure clinical trial data and "How-To" guides are accessible to customers post-purchase.
  • Review Management: Implement automated and manual strategies to generate high-quality, verified customer reviews and video testimonials.

Specialist Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: 4+ years of hands-on experience in E-commerce, specifically in the UAE/GCC market.
  • Platform Expert: Advanced certification in Amazon Advertising or Google Ads is highly preferred.
  • Premium Brand Experience: Previous experience selling high-ticket items (Beauty Tech, Electronics, or Medical Devices) where "education-based selling" is required.
  • Analytical Mindset: Expert proficiency in performance tracking.
  • Agility: A "lead specialist" mindset—someone who can build the strategy at 9 AM and fix a website bug or upload a CSV at 10 AM.

KPIs for Success

  • Monthly Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth across all platforms.
  • Targeted ROAS on paid media spend.
  • Conversion Rate (CR) benchmarks per product category.
  • Marketplace Account Health Score (Maintained at "Healthy/Excellent").
