The E-Commerce Lead Specialist is a high-impact, technically driven role responsible for the full performance lifecycle of Spec Brite Group’s digital sales channels. This position serves as the strategic and operational owner of our online ecosystem—transforming premium wellness technology into measurable digital revenue through optimized listings, performance marketing, and streamlined operational execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Excellence (Amazon, Noon & Local Platforms)
Product Listing Strategy:
Develop and maintain high-converting Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for premium devices, including advanced SEO copywriting, A+ (EBC) content management, and professional multimedia integration.
Marketplace Algorithm Optimization:
Manage Buy Box performance on Amazon and Noon, monitor competitive pricing, track search rankings, and analyze share of voice on a daily basis.
Account Performance & Compliance:
Maintain full marketplace compliance, safeguard account health, monitor seller metrics, and proactively resolve listing suppressions or account flags.
2. Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Website & User Experience
Webstore Operations:
Oversee daily operations of the official brand website (Shopify/Magento), ensuring optimal performance and seamless functionality.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Implement structured A/B testing strategies to enhance the customer journey, particularly for high-value products.
Technical & On-Page SEO:
Execute technical and content-driven SEO strategies to position Spec Brite as a leading authority in relevant search categories.
3. Performance Marketing Leadership
Paid Media Management:
Plan and manage PPC campaigns across Amazon Advertising, Google Shopping, and Meta platforms with a strong focus on maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Sales Funnel Development:
Design targeted landing pages and automated email journeys tailored to specific customer segments (e.g., anti-aging, lymphatic drainage, skin enhancement).
Advanced Data Analytics:
Deliver actionable insights using GA4 and marketplace analytics, conducting weekly performance reviews to refine and pivot strategies as needed.
4. Inventory & Technical Operations
Demand Forecasting & Stock Planning:
Forecast international shipment requirements to prevent stock shortages and maintain consistent product availability.
Fulfillment Coordination:
Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of FBA and Noon Now orders.
System Integration Management:
Oversee integrations between the website, CRM, and inventory systems to ensure operational efficiency.
5. Premium Customer Experience
Post-Purchase Value Creation:
Coordinate with product teams to provide accessible clinical data, educational resources, and product usage guides.
Review & Reputation Management:
Develop both automated and manual strategies to generate authentic, high-quality customer reviews and video testimonials.
