American Liquidations specializes in selling pallets of liquidation merchandise from major retailers, including overstock, shelf pulls, open-box, and returned items. These pallets offer incredible value and are resold to the public for business or personal use. From electronics and appliances to tools, furniture, and home goods, our inventory and team are always evolving.

Position Overview: E-Commerce Lister

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Lister to join our growing online sales and marketing department. This position focuses on preparing products for online sale by accurately cataloging, photographing, and listing items across multiple e-commerce platforms (eBay, Whatnot, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring products are represented accurately and attractively online — helping drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Create and manage product listings for online platforms including titles, descriptions, pricing, and item condition.

· Photograph products clearly and consistently to highlight key features and details.

· Research product details such as specifications, comparable pricing, and retail value.

· Organize and track inventory to ensure accurate listing and order fulfillment.

· Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely product posting.

· Update sold or delisted items promptly to maintain accurate platform inventory.

· Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring products are prepared efficiently for online display.

Must Have

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written descriptions.

· Experience listing products on eBay, Whatnot, or other resale platforms.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with online selling platforms.

· Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with excellent time management.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a changing workload.

Nice to Have

· Knowledge of photography, lighting, or simple image editing.

· Familiarity with warehouse or retail environments.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish).

· Interest in resale, liquidation, or e-commerce trends.

Schedule and Availability

· 4-hour shifts available

· Monday through Friday

· On-site at our Bristol, CT location

Compensation and Benefits

· Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
