E-Commerce Lister and Inventory Specialist

We're a medical equipment repair and sales company looking for an individual who has experience with posting auction-style listings & online listings of equipment, along with experience in managing inventory.

We are seeking a preferably experienced individual to hire who carries advanced or basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms for creating, updating, and maintaining product listings. In addition to e-commerce sales, computer skills, research skills, and inventory ability; the job requires the ability to be able to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, prepping items for shipping, some heavy lifting of medical equipment and palletizing.

This is an on-site job position (in person), working in our office and warehouses located in Pacoima, CA.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Online marketing and sales: List manage and update online product listings including setting up new products
• Inventory existing medical equipment and devices -Create and manage product listing across multiple e-commerce platforms
• Ensure all product descriptions are accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines
• Clean, package and ship sold equipment (UPS, USPS FedEx Deliveries), which may require some lifting of heavy objects
• Search for online manuals to test and calibrate units
• New inventory price research/comparisons
• Clean, stage and photograph new equipment & list for sale
• Create new listings and manage existing listings
• Respond to online inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service via telephone and online
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and platform updates

Job Requirements

• Be punctual, dependable, accurate, detail-oriented & a team player
• Reliable Car transportation & Cell Phone
• Knowledge in Photoshop & Microsoft Word
• Adequate typing skills, communication, and research skills
• Good Customer Service & Proper Grammar
• Work with search keyword techniques to improve search results of products
• Be able to clean and prep items for shipping which requires some heavy lifting and palletizing of medical equipment.
• Must be proactive and able to adapt to new responsibilities over time!
