Job Title: Ad Posting Executive/ E-commerce Listing Executive – Online Marketplaces

• Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
• Job Type: Full-time & On-site.
• Salary: 40000 to 45000.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Job Overview:

We are hiring an Ad Posting Executive responsible for posting, updating, and managing product listings on various online marketplaces. This role requires strong organizational skills, quick responsiveness, and familiarity with online classified platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and manage product advertisements on Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, and Dubizzle.
• Update product prices, availability, and descriptions regularly.
• Monitor listings and manage out-of-stock products by updating or removing ads as required.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer chats on Gumtree and Dubizzle.
• Maintain and update records of all advertisements in Google Sheets.
• Ensure all ads are accurate, attractive, and compliant with platform guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to stay updated on stock and pricing changes.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in ad posting is preferred. (Freshers with atleast a Bachelors degree may also apply).
• Familiarity with Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, and Dubizzle is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and online tools.
• Good written communication skills for handling customer chats.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily posting targets.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
