Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Logistics Executive – Perfumes will manage all logistics and fulfillment operations for online perfume sales. This includes overseeing order processing, packaging, courier coordination, inventory tracking, and ensuring safe, timely deliveries to customers / affiliate partners/ marketers, tracking of returned items. Knowledge of DG shipping. The role demands attention to product handling (especially for fragile and liquid items), excellent coordination with warehouses and delivery partners, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment & Shipment Coordination
- Process online orders from e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Noon other e-commerce affiliates).
- Ensure products are packed securely, adhering to perfume packaging and safety standards.
- Knowledge of DG shipping Guidelines
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely order dispatch and track delivery performance.
- Manage daily pick-up schedules with courier partners.
Courier & 3PL Management
- Liaise with courier partners (e.g.,Aramex. DHL, SPX) for delivery optimization, return reconciliations, invoice adjustments
- Monitor fragile shipment handling and ensure compliance with liquid transport regulations. DG shipments
- Resolve delays, damages, or lost shipment issues promptly. Reconcile costs and inventory
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and track logistics costs.
Inventory Management
- Maintain real-time inventory across multiple online platforms.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment and SKU management.
- Assist in cycle counts and periodic stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
Returns & Replacements
- Handle return logistics and coordinate quality checks for returned perfumes.
- Ensure proper handling and restocking of sealed, undamaged items.
- Analyze reasons for returns and suggest process improvements.
Customer Satisfaction

cscInvoice, Data, Reporting & Optimization
- Vet Invoices through reconciliation with month reports – fulfilment/ returns/ lost or misplaced.
- Prepare regular reports on order volumes, courier performance, returns, and delivery timelines.
- Identify opportunities to reduce shipping costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Support management with data-driven insights to enhance logistics performance.
- Analysis of costs/ shipping / optimisation
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce logistics (preferably in cosmetics, perfumes, or FMCG).
- Strong knowledge of logistics trends particularly AI systems
- Strong knowledge of logistics platforms (Aramex, DHL, FedEX etc.).
- Excellent Excel, data management skills and reporting skills.
- Understanding of perfume handling, storage, and packaging requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
