Globe Call Centre seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-Junior Level, Tech-Oriented and Computer Literate, E-Commerce Logistics Handler to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with courier partners and contacting customers to confirm orders, verify addresses, and ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with local Pakistani courier companies regarding shipment bookings, pickups, and deliveries.
- Contact customers to confirm orders, delivery details, and addresses.
- Update order status and maintain accurate delivery records in the system.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional communication tone at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or intermediate education with relevant experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in Urdu and basic English (written & verbal).
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with courier processes and e-commerce workflows is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Location: Plot no. 206, East Service Road, I 10/3, Islamabad.
Timings: 9 am to 5 pm
