About the Role:

Are you good at solving problems quickly? Do you want to work in the fast-moving world of online shopping? We are looking for an active and responsible Logistics Specialist to manage our deliveries across Pakistan.

In this job, your main goal is to make sure our customers receive their orders smoothly and on time by working closely with our courier companies, warehouse, and customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

• Handle Courier Companies: Act as the main contact person for major courier partners like TCS, Leopards, Trax, Rider, and M&P.
• Solve Delivery Problems: Daily check on orders and fix issues like delayed packages, lost shipments, or orders coming back to the warehouse (RTO).
• Track Performance: Keep a daily record of all dispatches and check how well each courier company is performing to reduce delivery failures.
• Work with Teams: Work closely with the Warehouse team to ensure correct packing/dispatch and with the Customer Support team to resolve customer complaints quickly.
• Reports & Data: Keep simple and accurate daily records of deliveries and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) sheets using MS Excel.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or managing courier operations.
• Industry Knowledge: You must know how Pakistani courier portals (like Trax, TCS, Leopards dashboard) work and how to track packages across the country.
• Computer Skills: Good basic knowledge of MS Excel (knowing formulas like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is a big plus).
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and active follow-up skills. You should know how to push courier staff to get your work done quickly.
• Habits: Well-organized, careful with details, and focused on reducing delivery delays.
