Position: E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated E-Commerce Manager to lead the development and management of the e-commerce division of our established supermarket chain. This role requires a proven track record in retail e-commerce, with the ability to design, implement, and scale digital sales channels that align with customer needs and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the supermarket’s e-commerce strategy, ensuring seamless integration with existing retail operations.
• Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform including product listings, promotions, pricing, and online inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, logistics, procurement, and customer service) to optimize the end-to-end online customer journey.
• Drive traffic and sales through digital marketing initiatives, SEO/SEM, social media, and loyalty programs.
• Implement data-driven strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and average order value.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights for management to support decision-making.
• Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in retail e-commerce.
• Experience in the supermarket or grocery retail sector is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online payment systems, logistics, and fulfillment models.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
