E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, First Cry, etc.).
  • Execute sales strategies to increase online revenue and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns, discount offers, and festive sales.
  • Optimize product visibility using SEO and platform-based marketing tools.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Handle customer queries, reviews, and complaints to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for digital campaigns, social media, and brand promotions.
  • Research competitor activities, pricing trends, and new e-commerce opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies and company guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce sales (preferably FMCG / baby products industry).
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic data analysis.
  • Good understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
