We’re looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven E-Commerce Manager who can ensure our storefronts are optimized, aligned with marketing promotions, and consistently delivering excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do
E-commerce & Storefront Management
· Monitoring and management of Shopify storefronts across multiple regions.
· Maintain consistency in product details, merchandising, and promotions across regional storefronts.
· Support additional marketplace integrations as needed.
· Partner with operations and customer service to ensure storefront accuracy and smooth daily execution.
Content & Launch Execution
· Build, optimize, and QA product detail pages (photos, descriptions, SEO tags, and metadata).
· Collaborate with marketing to align storefront updates with promotional calendars and email campaigns.
· Ensure cross-channel consistency for promotions, product launches, and sales events.
Customer Journey & Conversion Optimization
· Analyze customer behavior to identify friction points and drive improvements.
· Audit site content and functionality for accuracy in linking, content flow, tracking, and promotions.
· Continuously refine the customer journey with a focus on conversion rate (CR), average order value (AOV), and lifetime value (LTV).

What We’re Looking For
· 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising, preferably with Shopify Plus.
· Strong understanding of product page optimization, site merchandising, and digital marketing alignment.
· Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service.
· Familiarity with analytics tools to drive data-backed decisions.
· Familiarity with Klaviyo and email marketing operations is a plus.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple regional storefronts and promotions simultaneously.
· Thoughtful and diligent in your work, with a keen eye and attention to detail.
· A customer-first mindset and curiosity about what drives purchase decisions.
· Onsite work required (no remote opportunities)
