Lead the e-commerce team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Plan and assign daily tasks to team members, tracking progress to meet deadlines and performance goals.

Maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce platforms such as Noon, Amazon, and others.
Support onboarding of new customers and one-time orders, ensuring smooth setup and proper follow-up.
Analyze platform performance and market trends to optimize listings, promotions, and overall online presence.
