E-commerce Management
- Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, social commerce).
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
- Optimize the customer journey, from browsing to checkout, to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor performance analytics and provide actionable insights for growth.
- Identify and implement new online sales channels and partnerships.
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and lead marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Manage SEO/SEM, paid ads, influencer partnerships, and content creation.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce and marketing professionals.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align strategies.
- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and deliver regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in e-commerce and marketing leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of online retail platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
- Excellent knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in F&B / Coffee / Retail industry is a plus.
