Job description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns across e-commerce platforms ie Amazon, Flipkart etc.
Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility, conversion, and overall sales performance.
Handle inventory planning.
Oversee advertising (PPC, sponsored listings, A+ content, etc.) and marketing initiatives.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and share actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and brand standards.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of e-commerce management experience, preferably in FMCG / Ayurvedic / OTC products.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and marketplace tools.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional coordination.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and D2C website operations.
Preferred
Experience with international e-commerce platforms (Amazon.com, eBay, Walmart, etc.).
