Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Listing & Catalog Management

Create and Upload Listings: Independently manage end-to-end product listing creation, including individual and bulk uploads, across all key e-commerce marketplace seller portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).

Content Optimization: Develop and write SEO-rich product titles, compelling bullet points, and detailed product descriptions using targeted keywords to improve search rankings and click-through rates (CTR).

Catalog Accuracy: Ensure all product data (SKUs, specifications, attributes, pricing, images, and videos) is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across all marketplaces.

Image Management: Coordinate with the design team to ensure all product images adhere to marketplace guidelines and are optimized for conversion.

Error Resolution: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any listing issues, catalog errors, suppression alerts, or compliance problems reported on the seller panels.

Marketplace Operations & Performanc

Platform Compliance: Stay updated with the latest policies, algorithms, and listing requirements of key platforms (Amazon, Flipkart) to ensure 100% compliance.

Inventory Coordination: Coordinate daily with the inventory and logistics teams to manage stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, and prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations on the marketplace

Promotions Setup: Assist the E-commerce Manager in setting up and monitoring promotional activities, deals, and discount campaigns (e.g., Lightning Deals, Big Billion Days offers).

Basic Analytics: Monitor key listing performance metrics such as page views, conversion rates, and sales data to identify areas for optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in E-commerce operations, with a strong focus on product listing/catalog management on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

Marketplace Expertise: In-depth, hands-on knowledge of using Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is mandatory.

Data Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for handling bulk data, creating reports, and using bulk upload templates.

E-commerce SEO: Strong understanding of E-commerce SEO principles, keyword research, and copywriting for product titles and descriptions.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
