Job Summary

We are looking for a results driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will manage our e-commerce platforms, optimize product listings, improve customer experience, and lead strategies to increase online revenue and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.).
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic, conversion, and sales growth.
  • Oversee product uploads, descriptions, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify improvement areas.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to boost visibility and reach.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of online marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, and paid digital campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Data driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Leadership experience is an advantage.
