Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategy across the brand website.
  • Manage key business metrics: GMV, conversion, AOV, repeat purchase, CAC.
  • Oversee catalog management: SKU uploads, images, descriptions, sizing, pricing, and variants.
  • Lead online merchandising & UX: site layout, navigation, landing pages, and A/B testing.
  • Improve checkout experience and manage payment options.
  • Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (performance marketing, social, search, email, SMS/WhatsApp).
  • Forecast demand and work with merchandising & supply chain teams to ensure stock availability.
  • Oversee daily operations: order processing, returns/refunds, logistics follow-ups.
  • Track KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat rate, returns, CAC, CLTV) and prepare reports.
  • Build and execute CRM strategies for retention, segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Mentor and lead a small e-commerce team and coordinate with design, merchandising, CS, and tech.
  • Manage overall e-commerce budget, including marketing, platform fees, and operational costs.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Indian women’s ethnic wear, customer behaviour, and seasonality.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shoppachino preferred), Google Analytics, Excel, CRO tools.
  • Hands-on digital marketing experience: SEM, SEO, Social, Email, CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership or team management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
