Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and enhance user engagement.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website using content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve website performance, including A/B testing, user experience enhancements, and checkout process improvements.
- Oversee content creation including product descriptions, banners, blog posts, and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop.
- Coordinate social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and marketing automation tools to maximize ROI.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and retain customers through targeted messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and product development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay current on industry trends such as digital marketing innovations, performance marketing techniques, and emerging e-commerce technologies like JavaScript or SQL integrations for enhanced site functionality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms with a strong understanding of content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, SEM strategies, and marketing automation platforms.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for website customization; experience with SQL is a plus for data analysis tasks.
- Skilled in content creation with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) for visual assets; excellent copywriting skills for product descriptions and marketing copy.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize conversion rates through data-driven decision-making and UX improvements.
- Strong understanding of social media management tools and strategies for B2B (business-to-business) marketing campaigns.
- Experience in digital marketing including email campaigns, performance marketing metrics analysis, keyword research, and social media marketing tactics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
