Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily orders on the e-commerce platform.
- Generate invoices, verify payments, and ensure accurate customer/order details.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Arrange shipments with courier partners and update tracking details.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and refunds as per company policy.
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Conduct competitor pricing research and suggest pricing strategies.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on order performance, delivery timelines, and customer feedback.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
