E-Commerce Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily orders on the e-commerce platform.
• Generate invoices, verify payments, and ensure accurate customer/order details.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
• Arrange shipments with courier partners and update tracking details.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and refunds as per company policy.
• Follow up on deliveries and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Conduct competitor pricing research and suggest pricing strategies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on order performance, delivery timelines, and customer feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
