We are looking for a highly driven E-commerce Manager to lead and manage our online marketplace and D2C operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with marketplace management, product listings, content optimization, performance tracking, and driving revenue across major platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations across marketplaces: Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with high-quality content, keywords, and images.
- Monitor product performance, pricing, competition, and category trends.
- Ensure catalog accuracy, inventory availability, and timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the D2C website.
- Drive website sales through product placement, promotions, and optimized user experience.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and improve product rankings.
- Track KPIs including sales, conversions, traffic, ROAS, and customer behavior.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with performance marketing teams to run campaigns and promotions across channels.
- Plan and execute deals, discounts, and seasonal campaigns to drive growth.
- Manage brand visibility, Ads, and paid promotions across marketplaces.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish inventory, and forecast demand accurately.
- Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Manage return rates, customer reviews, and ratings improvement strategies.
- Track and respond to customer reviews, queries, and grievances across platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace and D2C management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra portals.
- Experience with FMCG or Personal Care brands is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of cataloging, pricing, campaign management, and operations.
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools, dashboards, advertising consoles, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in handling new product launches online.
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle, retention, and subscription-based models.
- Familiarity with D2C platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
