E-Commerce Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical E-Commerce Specialist to manage day-to-day online operations across marketplaces and D2C platforms in India. The role involves product listing management, marketplace coordination, digital merchandising, performance monitoring, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.

Marketplace Management

• Manage and optimize listings on marketplaces such as Amazon India, Myntra Luxe,Nykaa,Little Muffets etc…
• Maintain account health, resolve listing errors, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers and support teams as required.

Product Listings & Content

• Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and A+ content.
• Upload catalogues, update pricing, manage promotions, and monitor visibility.
• Ensure product detail pages meet platform quality guidelines.

Order Management & Operations

• Oversee order flow, returns, replacements, and customer escalations.
• Coordinate with warehouse/fulfilment teams to ensure timely dispatch (FBA, WFS, Flipkart Smart, etc.).
• Monitor stock levels and work with the supply chain to prevent stockouts.

Marketing & Growth

• Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Myntra, Nykaa Ads).
• Work with digital marketing teams on SEO/SEM, social media, and performance marketing for D2C websites.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase visibility, sales, and customer engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track traffic, conversion rate, CTR, sales trends, ROAS, and ACoS.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Analyze competition, pricing, and market trends.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,473.83 - ₹40,587.11 per month
