E-Commerce Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are a luxury bridal company based in SoHo, New York, preparing to launch our new e-commerce platform on Woo-Commerce. Known for our refined craftsmanship, timeless design, and personalized service, we are expanding our presence to bring the brand’s beauty and artistry worldwide.
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to lead the digital launch and oversee the daily
operations of our online shop. This is a hands-on role that combines digital strategy, systems management, and fulfillment. The E-Commerce Manager will oversee every stage of the online customer journey — from product setup and merchandising to order fulfillment and inventory control. This person will ensure our WooCommerce shop runs smoothly, efficiently, and always reflects the elegance and precision our brand is known for.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
E-Commerce Management (WooCommerce / WordPress)

Manage all aspects of the e-commerce site on WooCommerce, including product listings, imagery, pricing, and descriptions

Oversee product categorization, metadata, and on-site navigation for an intuitive customer experience

Coordinate product launches, updates, and promotional campaigns with the marketing and creative teams

Maintain site performance and coordinate with developers or agencies for updates and troubleshooting

Ensure the online storefront aligns with brand standards and provides a luxurious shopping experience
Order Fulfillment & Customer Experience

Oversee daily order fulfillment from the SoHo studio — picking, packing, and shipping

Maintain a polished, elevated packaging experience that reflects the brand’s aesthetic

Liaise with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and ensure timely delivery and tracking accuracy

Handle returns, exchanges, and customer service inquiries with professionalism and care

Develop and refine fulfillment workflows to ensure speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory levels across WooCommerce, studio, and warehouse

Coordinate with production and vendors to manage restocks and new product arrivals

Create and manage SKUs, product tracking, and reporting systems

Monitor sell-through, inventory turnover, and backorders to inform forecasting

Ensure data integrity between physical and online inventory
Analytics & Optimization

Monitor site analytics, sales performance, and conversion metrics

Generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with marketing on digital strategies (SEO, email, and paid campaigns) to drive qualified traffic

Recommend optimizations for user experience, conversion, and fulfillment efficiency
Qualifications

4+ years of experience in e-commerce management and operations (luxury, fashion, or bridal preferred)

Strong knowledge of WooCommerce and WordPress, including product setup and backend management

Experience with fulfillment logistics and inventory control

Working familiarity with shipping systems (e.g., ShipStation, UPS/FedEx/DHL portals)

Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail

Comfortable in a hybrid role — hands-on with products while also managing digital systems

Collaborative and self-motivated with a passion for luxury service, design, and brand storytelling
Salary $110,000-$125,000
