E-Commerce Manager

• Manage and scale Etsy store operations (listing, pricing, promotions, SEO)
• Handle order processing, postal & courier coordination, and dispatch tracking
• Optimize product listings with keywords, images, and descriptions
• Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and customer trends
• Manage customer communication, reviews, and dispute resolution
• Coordinate with production, quality, and inventory teams
• Ensure compliance with international shipping & export norms
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and offers
• 7–8 years of experience in E-Commerce management
• Strong expertise in Etsy marketplace
• Mandatory experience in Home Décor / Textile / Home Furnishing industry
• Knowledge of postal & international shipping processes
• Understanding of export documentation is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
