Manage daily store trading operations, including merchandising, product uploads, promotions, and

Conduct regular website audits and ensure full optimization across all devices.

Coordinate product launch and promotion calendars with product, sales, and marketing teams.

Execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid ads, and email marketing.

Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and major social media

platforms.

Oversee customer service operations and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Manage and forecast online inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.

Identify new growth opportunities using insights from the omni channel strategy.
Requirements

3+ years of ecommerce experience with a proven record of driving growth.

Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good understanding of web design and UX principles (HTML/CSS is a plus).

Strong knowledge of SEO, CRM, paid marketing, and ecommerce platforms such as Salla.
-
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and major social media advertising campaigns.
-
Experience working in the GCC market
