E-Commerce Manager

Job Summary:

The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales across ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, Instashop, company website, and other digital marketplaces. The role includes product listing management, sales growth, promotions, inventory coordination, digital marketing, and platform performance optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce Operations

  • Manage daily ecommerce operations across all online platforms
  • Upload and optimize product listings
  • Monitor product availability and stock levels
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch

Marketplace Management

  • Handle Amazon Vendor/Seller Central
  • Manage Noon Vendor Lab/Seller Lab
  • Coordinate with online marketplace account managers
  • Ensure platform compliance and product approvals

Sales & Growth

  • Increase online sales and brand visibility
  • Plan promotional campaigns and seasonal offers
  • Analyze sales trends and competitor pricing
  • Monitor ROAS, conversions, and marketplace performance

Product & Content Management

  • Create attractive product titles, descriptions, and A+ content
  • Manage images, banners, and brand stores
  • Optimize SEO keywords for ecommerce listings

Marketing & Advertising

  • Manage sponsored ads and PPC campaigns
  • Coordinate social media promotions
  • Work with designers for creatives and banners

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Track returns, claims, and customer feedback
  • Analyze profitability and platform deductions

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of Amazon & Noon platforms
  • Ecommerce marketplace management
  • Digital marketing knowledge
  • Excel and reporting skills
  • Product listing optimization
  • Inventory coordination
  • Communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years ecommerce experience
  • Experience in FMCG/Food products preferred
  • Knowledge of UAE ecommerce market
