E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales operations and digital growth initiatives. The successful candidate will manage our e-commerce platform, optimize customer journeys, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Strong experience in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, analytics, and project management is required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams.
