E-Commerce Manager

Green Upshot is an award-winning sustainability startup operating in Pakistan and New Zealand, incubated at NIC Lahore, dedicated to promoting eco-friendly products, plastic-free living, and sustainable lifestyle solutions across Pakistan.

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to manage our online stores, website updates, SEO, online campaigns, Meta Ads, and customer buying experience.

There may be a future opportunity for equity/shareholding for the right person based on performance, commitment, and long-term contribution.

Office Location: NIC Lahore, Daftarkhwan Vogue Tower, Gulberg III Lahore

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the e-commerce website (WordPress), product listings, landing pages, and order processing.
• Improve online sales through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaigns, and better customer experience.
• Track website traffic, sales, conversion rate, abandoned carts, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience managing E-commerce stores, WordPress/WooCommerce, and Meta Ads.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, E-Commerce / Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Good understanding of SEO, and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
