Position: E-commerce Manager (Audio Category)

Experience: 3+ years

Ctc- upto 5.4 Lpa (Depends on interview)

Working days – 6 days (10 am-6 pm)

Role Overview

The E-commerce Manager will lead and grow the Audio category across all online marketplaces and D2C platforms. The role involves end-to-end ownership of catalog, pricing, growth strategies, online brand presence, and marketplace relationships to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Category & Business Management

  • Own P&L for the Audio category across all e-commerce channels.
  • Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage product assortment, lifecycle, and inventory planning for audio SKUs.
  • Work closely with product/brand teams on new launches and GTM strategy.

2. Marketplace Operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

  • Oversee listing quality, SEO optimization, A+ content, and brand storefronts.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including orders, inventory sync, buy-box, and pricing control.
  • Coordinate with marketplace category managers for promotions, Visibility, and banner placements.
  • Monitor policy compliance, seller account health, and penalties.

3. Pricing, Promotions & Growth Strategy

  • Develop pricing strategies based on competitor analysis, demand forecasting & margins.
  • Plan deals, lightning sales, Diwali Big Sale, BBD, Prime Day, and event-led promotions.
  • Optimize platform ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart PLA, Sponsored Ads) for better ROAS.
  • Improve conversion rates by optimizing PDPs, reviews, ratings, and brand visibility.

4. Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Track daily sales, category performance, ad spends, and customer insights.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities to reduce returns, cancellations, and RTO.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for management review.

5. Content & Brand Experience

  • Ensure high-quality images, videos, comparison charts, and A+ content for audio products.
  • Manage influencer content, Q&As, and user review generation to boost trust.
  • Coordinate with creative and brand teams for campaigns and product messaging.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with supply chain/warehouse for stock planning and new launch readiness.
  • Coordinate with finance for budgeting, pricing approvals, and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to reduce negative reviews & improve ratings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in consumer electronics/audio category.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Croma Online, Reliance Digital Online & D2C tools.
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, Sheets, Data Studio, Power BI).
  • Experience with SEO for listings, marketplace ads, brand storefront optimization.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with Audio, Electronics, Mobile Accessories, or Gadget brands.
  • Proven record of scaling revenue and improving margins for the category.
  • Familiarity with influencer-led commerce and social commerce trends.
