Role Overview:
Lead and scale the brand’s e-commerce business across marketplaces and D2C platforms. Drive online sales growth through performance marketing, tele-selling integration, and customer engagement strategies tailored for nutraceutical consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow e-commerce channels: marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, etc.) and B2C website.
- Drive platform visibility, conversions, and revenue through data-led interventions.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, performance, influencer).
- Optimise product listings, reviews, ratings, and content – ensuring compliance and brand accuracy.
- Analyse sales performance, competition, pricing, and consumer behaviour to drive growth.
- Tele-marketing skills to build lead funnels, convert inbound/outbound inquiries, and strengthen repeat purchase cycles.
- Lead inventory planning, order fulfilment coordination, and promotional calendar management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, creative agencies, and customer support.
- Manage platform relationships and negotiate visibility, promotions, and spends.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3–6 years in e-commerce management; experience in nutraceuticals/consumer health/FMCG preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2C and marketplace ecosystems.
- Hands-on tele-marketing experience (lead management, conversion optimisation, Customer management).
- Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and ROI tracking.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
