Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company website to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory sync, order processing, and fulfillment.
- Increase online sales through SEO, performance marketing coordination, and site optimization.
- Ensure website security, speed, and mobile responsiveness at all times.
- Upload and update products, banners, and promotions regularly.
- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior, implementing data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, online offers, and social media integrations.
- Handle technical troubleshooting, liaising with developers or agencies if required.
- Prepare sales reports, analytics dashboards, and performance reviews for management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce websites (preferably in fashion or retail).
- Proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic back-end management.
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and online marketing tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of digital branding, UX, and online customer experience.
