Summary

Your primary purpose is to drive the growth and success of our cooler master online store website. You will leverage your expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online sales to create and implement strategic initiatives that optimize our online store's performance and enhance its profitability. Your role is vital in ensuring that our digital presence aligns with our business objectives and effectively reaches our target audience and revenue growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Ecommerce Strategy Development:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

· Identify growth opportunities, sales channels, and market trends to drive revenue and customer engagement.

· P&L accountability and business operation managerial experience

· Responsible for developing and managing budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing financial performance

· Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring timely procurement, production, and delivery of products

· Website Management:

· Oversee the in-house online store website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up to date, and optimized for a seamless customer experience.

· Collaborate with the web development team to implement necessary enhancements and improvements.

· SEM & SEO Expertise:

· Utilize your knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

· Conduct keyword research and optimize web content for organic search performance.

· Paid Ad Campaigns:

· Plan, execute, and optimize various paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.

· Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).

· Analytics and Reporting:

· Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track website performance, visitor behavior, and sales metrics.

· Generate reports and derive actionable insights to continually refine ecommerce strategies.

· E-commerce Platforms:

· Leverage your experience with Shopify platform to maintain and enhance the functionality of our online store.

· Ensure that the website is responsive, secure, and capable of handling transactions effectively.

· Customer Experience Enhancement

· Identify areas for improving the online shopping experience, from product discovery to checkout.

· Implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

· Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

· Analyze user journeys, shopping cart abandonment, and other data to optimize the conversion rate on the website.

· Implement A/B testing and user experience improvements to drive conversions.

Inventory & Operations Management

Work closely with supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely fulfillment.

Optimize order processing, fulfillment, and logistics to improve delivery times and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any customer-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

●Expertise in Shopify platform management, including theme customization, app integrations, and performance optimization.

● Proven experience in growing in-house/company online store websites and driving ecommerce success.

●Expertise in SEM and SEO, with a track record of improving website search rankings and visibility.

●Proficiency in running various paid ad campaigns, particularly with Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.

● In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.

●Ability to manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory levels to maximize sales.

● Strong attention to detail, with an appetite to dive into the weeds and willingness to work with Cross-Functional team members

● In depth knowledge in check out process and touchpoints of the customer journey

● You are entrepreneurial, flexible, and can roll up your sleeves to help pick up on work – no task it too small
