Job Title: E-commerce Manager (Egypt Market)

Role Overview

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the strategic growth and day-to-day operations of our online business in Egypt. The primary goal is to drive digital sales, manage the local product catalog, and ensure a seamless end-to-end shopping experience for our Egyptian customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute an e-commerce roadmap specifically for the Egypt market to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Platform Management: Oversee the website/app interface, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and localized.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs including Conversion Rate (CR), Average Order Value (AOV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Retention rates.

  • Operations & Logistics: Collaborate with local third-party logistics (3PL) providers and payment gateways (e.g., Fawry, Paymob) to ensure smooth delivery and payment processing.

  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability based on local demand forecasts.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce management, specifically within the Egyptian market.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, or similar) and Analytics.

  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Egyptian consumer behavior, local payment landscapes, and logistical challenges.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.

  • Communication: Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and verbal).
