About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable E-Commerce Marketing Specialist who is currently based in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. You will be responsible for driving online sales, managing digital campaigns, optimizing e-commerce platforms, and developing strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall online revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for e-commerce channels, including social media, email, SEM, SEO, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and content on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Oversee paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.) and optimize for conversions.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Manage email marketing, automation workflows, and loyalty programs to boost customer engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, Noon, etc.).
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social campaigns, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital tools.
- Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available to join immediately.
