As we scale our digital footprint, we’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a sharp eye for automotive trends, a deep understanding of online audiences, and the ability to drive measurable growth across both B2C and B2B channels—primarily through digital platforms.

Role Overview

This is a digital-first, data-driven position for someone who thrives in high-SKU, high-volume e-commerce environments. You’ll lead strategy and execution, and manage employees or contractors, across paid media, organic content, and conversion optimization, with a focus on scaling both our consumer and wholesale operations. Ideal candidates will bring several years of experience from enterprise-level retail e-commerce settings and know how to translate that scale into targeted, high-converting campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute digital marketing strategy across AMS, Google Ads, Meta, email, and SEO, and other areas of your discretion
  • Develop and manage campaigns tailored to both individual consumers and wholesale buyers
  • Optimize product listings, landing pages, and promotional bundles for conversion and compliance
  • Analyze performance data to refine targeting, messaging, and spend allocation
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to ensure brand consistency and technical accuracy
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy
  • Build and maintain segmented customer journeys for consumer and wholesale audiences

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing for e-commerce, preferably in automotive, retail, or logistics
  • Proven success managing paid media budgets and driving ROI
  • Experience with high-SKU environments and product data optimization
  • Strong grasp of B2C and B2B funnels, from awareness to retention
  • Familiarity with MAP compliance and OEM brand standards
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Bonus: Experience with RevolutionParts or similar automotive e-commerce platforms
