Enlog is a fast-growing energy technology startup helping businesses monitor, manage, and optimize electricity usage through smart solutions. We are building a strong digital-first presence and looking for a dynamic marketing all-rounder to scale our D2C and B2B lead generation efforts.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, performance-driven E-commerce Marketing Executive who understands D2C marketing, omni-channel strategies, and marketplace-based lead generation (IndiaMART and similar platforms).

This is not a narrow role, you will work across strategy, execution, analytics, and growth. If you love building things from scratch in a startup environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

D2C & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute D2C campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
  • Optimize funnels for lead generation and conversions
  • Manage landing pages and conversion tracking
  • Drive ROI-focused performance marketing campaigns

Marketplace & Lead Platforms

  • Manage and optimize IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, and similar B2B platforms
  • Generate and nurture inbound leads from marketplace channels
  • Coordinate with sales team to improve lead conversion
  • Track, analyze, and improve listing performance

Omni-Channel Strategy

  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across website, social media, marketplaces, and email
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints
  • Work on WhatsApp marketing, email automation, and retargeting strategies

Content & Growth

  • Coordinate product listings, creatives, and performance assets
  • Work with designers for ads and digital creatives
  • Monitor analytics and prepare weekly performance reports
  • Identify new growth opportunities and marketing experiments

Required Skills

  • Experience in D2C marketing and performance campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with IndiaMART or similar lead platforms
  • Understanding of omni-channel marketing strategy
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
