E-commerce Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic individual with B2C e-commerce marketing experience to help formulate and execute our marketing strategy for three websites selling unique wellness-oriented products. The position is focused on customer acquisition through social media channels.

Experience in the following areas is required:

· B2C e-commerce digital marketing

· Social media management

· Influencer and affiliate marketing

· Digital content management and development, including UGC procurement

· Managing marketing agencies

· Using AI tools

Some familiarity with Meta and Google advertising, email marketing, and SEO is desirable.

The major areas of responsibility will be:

1. Social media management, including both organic community building and influencer/affiliate marketing, with an emphasis on achieving measurable ROI.

2. Creative asset management for use across all channels, including UGC and statics.

We are a small team that all work remote, so the role requires self-motivation and a strong work ethic. The position offers an opportunity for creativity and strategy, but also requires plenty of routine execution work. The company is growing and adding new products and brands, so there is some variety and newness along the way.
