Paramount Jewelers is a premier fine jewelry retailer dedicated to providing customers with timeless designs, exceptional service, and a seamless shopping experience both in-store and online. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive growth across digital and retail channels.
E-Commerce Management
- Manage and update website product listings (descriptions, pricing, images).
- Manage and work closely with our web development team to maintain and develop applications and new functionality on the website.
- Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.
- Maximize sales and profitability of e-Commerce through best practices, platform capabilities, and customer expectations to inform innovation and continuous improvement.
- Monitor customer experience feedback and online reviews to strengthen reputation.
Retail & In-Store Marketing Support
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple digital channels including email, SMS, paid media, and social platforms.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as digital agencies or freelancers, as needed.
- Plan seasonal campaigns (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Black Friday, etc.) tailored to the jewelry industry.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow brand awareness and drive sales (both online and in-store).
- Oversee design and distribution of signage, flyers, tags, and other retail collateral.
- Partner with planning, merchandising, and social media manager to launch new collections, product categories, and branding initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or other closely related major
- Strong understanding of Shopify or similar platforms.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Creative eye for product presentation and customer engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
