Digital Marketing Manager – eCommerce

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth

Manage and optimize eCommerce marketing channels including SEO, SEM/PPC, paid social, display ads, email marketing, and affiliates

Own performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon)

Analyze customer journeys and funnel performance to improve conversion rates (CRO) and average order value (AOV)

Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events

Monitor and report on key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, traffic, and revenue

Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, dashboards) to generate insights and inform data-driven decisions

Collaborate with eCommerce, product, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and brand consistency

Manage website merchandising, landing pages, and on-site marketing initiatives

Oversee email and CRM strategies including segmentation, automation, retention, and lifecycle marketing

Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking to maximize marketing efficiency

Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and emails to continuously improve performance

Stay current with digital marketing trends, eCommerce platforms, and emerging technologies

Manage and mentor internal team members or external agencies and vendors

Typical Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on eCommerce

Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and marketing automation tools

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action

Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)

Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
