Job Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and creative Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize product and marketing content across multiple sales channels. This role is ideal for someone with a background in digital marketing, communications, or ecommerce, who thrives on storytelling, understands the impact of SEO, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional online shopping experience.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, SEM, and display advertising.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize product listings, website content, and landing pages for search engines.
- Manage and update content management systems such as WordPress and other e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate product information and engaging content.
- Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles to enhance marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other analytics tools; analyze data to inform ongoing optimization strategies.
- Conduct conversion optimization efforts by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and user experience improvements to maximize sales.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and running targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality copywriting for product descriptions, blog posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, performance marketing, B2B marketing strategies, and emerging technologies relevant to e-commerce.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a content-focused role within an e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing environment.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working with content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Magento).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Yoast, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Experience working with Google Analytics (GA4)
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, product positioning, and customer decision-making behavior.
- Experience working with SMS and email marketing programs.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with basic HTML or visual page editors is a plus.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
