About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, technical, and growth-minded individual to take full ownership of our online storefront and digital advertising. Since we deal in cameras and accessories, our website needs to look premium and function perfectly. Your goal will be twofold: making sure our Shopify store is optimized for conversions and running high-performing ad campaigns that bring in the right customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shopify Store Management
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the daily operations of royaledevice.com. This includes updating the homepage, creating high-converting landing pages, and managing product listings.
- Site Optimization: Ensure the site is fast, mobile-friendly, and easy to navigate. You’ll be responsible for installing and managing apps that improve the customer experience.
- Content Updates: Coordinate with our team to upload new gear, update pricing, and ensure all technical specifications are accurate.
2. Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
- Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google (Search, Shopping, and Display).
- Budget Management: Monitor daily spends to ensure we are getting the best possible Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- A/B Testing: Constantly test different ad creatives, headlines, and audiences to find what works best for our photography community.
- Tracking & Analytics: Use Google Analytics and Shopify reports to track performance and provide clear updates on what’s driving sales.
What We Are Looking For
- Shopify Expertise: You should have thorough, "under the hood" knowledge of Shopify. You know how to customize themes and troubleshoot app conflicts without needing constant supervision.
- Marketing Experience: You have a proven track record of running ads that actually convert. You understand pixels, conversion API, and search intent.
- Data-Driven: You enjoy looking at numbers to figure out why a customer didn't complete a purchase and how to fix that gap.
- Communication: Clear, direct communication skills in English. You’ll be working closely with the rest of the Royale Stores team in Mumbai.
Requirements
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai for an in-office role.
- Previous experience managing an e-commerce brand (electronics or photography niche is a huge bonus).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on site improvements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
