The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will drive traffic, engagement, and online sales for webook.com through performance marketing, SEO, and content optimization. The role focuses on maximizing visibility and conversion through data-driven strategies and effective digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
  • Manage SEO/SEM and optimize product listings to improve visibility and ranking.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar.
  • Track key metrics including traffic, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams on campaign execution.
  • Manage CRM and email marketing for retention and re-engagement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital or e-commerce marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and e-commerce CMS platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
